Yes, day charters run from the main bases, Bodrum, Göcek and Fethiye, and cabin charters let you book a single cabin on a shared gulet if you want a taste without the whole boat. A day out to the nearby bays with lunch aboard is an easy Turkish classic.
That said, Turkey rewards time more than most places. The finest Blue Cruise bays, the ones you reach in the late afternoon after the day boats leave, are an overnight experience, and the rhythm of a full week on a gulet is the point.
