He holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of West Attica and completed a five-month internship at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens during his studies, building a polished service instinct from one of the city's most prestigious five-star properties. He joined Santes Sailing in 2025 as Deckhand, assisting with sailing operations, mooring, anchoring, line handling, and guest support across a busy charter season in the Saronic Gulf. With Speedboat and Sailing Ship licenses, WSPC Level 1 Spirits certification, and the easy versatility of someone who brings both deck competence and refined bar and service skills to the role, Iasonas adds a friendly, energetic, and capable presence to the M/Y Elentari crew. A former national table tennis champion, he brings the discipline and team focus of an athlete to every charter.
